HOKKAIDO LOVE！ Wari is a nationwide travel support project in Hokkaido, and is a travel discount application system to quickly recover travel demand that has fallen due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection. In the case of accommodation products, up to a maximum of 3,000 yen per person per night, 20% of the travel price will be subsidized, and a "Hokkaidō Support Coupon" will be distributed for 2,000 yen per person per night on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays.

*Calculation of the subsidy for one travel fee is based on the total travel fee that is the sum of the travel fees of all travelers (fractions are rounded down to the nearest 1 yen).
*Child fares and free infants are counted as one person.
*If the price is lower than the minimum selling price, support will not be applied.
* If the support money reaches the planned amount, it may be stopped even within the period.
*If you made a reservation through a website other than our own, the hotel will not be able to make any changes.

Those who have been vaccinated 3 times (regardless of the number of days elapsed since the 3rd vaccination), or those who can prove negative by the test result notification by sample collection are eligible.
*Those who do not actually reside in Japan (those who live overseas) are not eligible.
* All discount recipients are required to present their ID (original driver's license, My Number, etc.) at check-in.

・Please make a reservation on our website. At check-in, we will confirm your place of residence with an official document (original).
・At the time of check-in, please agree to confirm the negative proof of vaccination certificate or test result notification by sample collection.
・If there is a roommate who does not meet the usage conditions, only that person will not be eligible for the discount system.
・Even if you have been vaccinated or the test result is negative, please do not neglect basic infection control measures.

・ Original official documents that can verify the identity and place of residence of all people (no copies)
*We will record it in the hotel lodging ledger as proof of your application. Please note.
* Official certificates refer to driver's licenses, health insurance cards, passports, My Number cards, and other documents that can be used to verify identity and residence.
*Children under the age of 15 (up to junior high school age) who are accompanied by a guardian (not limited to those living together) are not required.
・Certificate of vaccination or proof of negative test results by sample collection
*It is also possible to present an image or a copy of a certificate of vaccination or a test result notification from sample collection.
*In the case of a vaccination certificate, please note that usage conditions such as the number of vaccinations differ depending on the place of residence.
*For the test result notification, please present a notification within 3 days from the date of sample collection in the case of PCR test, antigen quantitative test, etc., and a notification within 1 day from the date of sample collection in the case of antigen qualitative test. .
*In the test result notification, it is mandatory to include (1) the name of the examinee, (2) the test result, (3) the test method, (4) the name of the laboratory, (5) the date of sample collection, (6) the name of the test manager, and (7) the expiration date.

Precautions
[About usage]
・"HOKKAIDO LOVE! Discount" will end as soon as the upper limit of the support money is reached. However, depending on the cancellation status of the reservation, it may be resold.
・ If you do not actually use it, you will not be eligible for the support money.
[About charges]
・If a cancellation fee is incurred due to cancellation after the reservation is made, the cancellation policy specified by the plan will be applied.
[payment method]
・Available: cash, credit card, electronic payment, QR code payment
・Cannot be used: Various gift cards, coupons, gift certificates, accommodation fee subsidies by the national government, Hokkaido, local governments, mutual aid associations, unions, etc.
[In case of change]
・ Basically, it is possible to change the number of products that have been established, but it may not be possible to accept it depending on the availability and the upper limit of the support money.
[In case of cancellation]
・The "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Wari" support money used for payment cannot be refunded. In addition, it cannot be applied to cancellation fees (including no-shows without notice).
・ If you cancel, you will lose the right to support money at the same time. The right to support money cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
・Cancellation fees will be applied according to the cancellation policy specified by the plan.

・ Personal information obtained when using the support fund may be provided to the implementing body of the support fund project in order to apply for the support fund. Please note.
