K-WINTER PASS Terms of Use
Article 1 [Name and purpose]
This ski season pass is called "K Winter Pass" (hereinafter referred to as "KWP"), and includes ski resort facilities and other facilities owned and operated by Kamori Kanko Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kamori Kanko"). ), and through healthy sports and leisure, we aim to enrich and develop a resort life centered on coexistence and health between humans and nature.
Article 2 [Definition]
(1) KWP refers to a card that is issued when an application is made in accordance with prescribed procedures and the fee is paid to Kamori Kanko within the designated period. (2) "Owner" refers to the person whose name is written on the application form when purchasing KWP. (3) KWP service refers to boarding services such as lifts that can be received by presenting KWP, and purchase benefits that are separately determined.
Article 3 [Changes to Terms]
Kamori Kanko may change this agreement without obtaining the consent of the owner. In this case, the terms of use of KWP will be based on the changed terms.
Except as otherwise specified by Kamori Kanko, the changed membership agreement will take effect from the time it is displayed on the website.
Article 4 [Purchase]
Those who wish to purchase KWP shall apply for purchase by the prescribed method specified by Kamori Kanko.
The purchase date of KWP shall be the date on which the prescribed purchase application is made and the fee is paid. Kamori Kanko will issue tickets after the date of purchase.
Article 5 [Transfer]
The owner shall not transfer, sell, change the name of, set a pledge or provide other collateral for the right to use KWP to a third party.
Article 6 [Obligation to present]
The owner must present the KWP when receiving KWP services from Kamori Kanko. If KWP cannot be presented, a fee will be charged according to the service content of the facility used.
Article 7 [Cancellation]
The KWP owner shall notify Kamori Kanko when canceling the membership contract. Kamori Kanko will not refund any usage fees or other debts that have already been received.
Article 8 [Loss/damage]
In the case of reissuance, an administrative fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
Article 9 [Obligations of users]
If there are procedures such as registration when using the KWP service, the owner shall go through such procedures.
When using each KWP service, the owner shall comply with the terms of use in addition to this membership agreement.
Article 10 [Fees]
The KWP fee, calculation method, etc. shall be determined separately by Kamori Kanko.
Article 11 [Expulsion]
Kamori Kanko will restrict the use of KWP if the owner commits any of the following acts contrary to the purpose of KWP. No refunds will be made in this case. When the honor and credibility of KWP is damaged, or order is disturbed. When it is determined that the operation of KWP will be hindered. When it turns out to be a gang member or associate member. Violence, disability, and rough behavior cause significant trouble to other users, administrators, neighbors, etc., and cause discomfort.
Article 12 [Changes in content]
Kamori Kanko may change the contents, names or specifications of KWP services without prior notice to the owner. Kamori Kanko does not take any responsibility for this.
Kamori Kanko may terminate the provision of all or part of the KWP service after giving advance notice on the website.
When Kamori Kanko terminates the provision of KWP services, it shall be exempted from any liability associated with the termination by following the procedures set forth in the preceding paragraph.
Article 13 [Dissolution]
If the KWP service cannot continue to operate due to unavoidable circumstances, the season will be calculated on a daily basis and the fees for the remaining days will be settled and paid.
Article 14 [Effective period]
The validity period is until the end of the season closest to the date of purchase.
