If Sahoro Ondra is stopped for 3 hours or more due to bad weather etc., the next time you bring the purchased 4-hour ticket or 1-day ticket,
It is a service that allows you to purchase the same lift ticket at half price.
★ If the gondola is suspended for 3 hours or more in total, the next time you bring a 4-hour ticket or a 1-day ticket for that day,
Same lift ticket → half price!
* The 4-hour ticket will be operated during the available hours.
* Both 1-day tickets and 4-hour tickets are half the regular price. Limited-time rates are not eligible for the Sorry service
* You cannot use the sorry service again with the ticket purchased with the sorry service.
* The Sorry service will be available during the same season (scheduled until April 6, 2025).
